The construction of the units are trench fill concrete foundations, suspended beam/block floor, insulated masonry walls with flint facing panels, truss rafter roof construction and pitched clay with precast floor and blockwork internal partitions. The works also include for drainage works and external works including parking areas, paving, gates and fences.
