New Commercial Building

The project consisted of the construction of a two storey steel framed factory unit on piled foundations. With part brick/block construction and part insulated panels to external walls and insulated panels to the roof.

Internal block work laid to form the factory into two units with painted block work to form the workshop areas and plastered block work forming offices on the ground floor. Internal construction included a mezzanine floor to form a 1^st floor area for additional office.

The project also consisted of a full Electrical and mechanical installation, including a lift installed to 1^st floor. Full decoration, flooring, ash and ply doors installed throughout.
