Enabling & Office Fit Out Works

The project for A. S. Watson (Health & Beauty UK) Ltd was the construction of a new distribution centre in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. The main contract was £5.5 million with Walker Construction Services Ltd awarded the enabling and office fit out works to include full commercial kitchen and canteen installation along with locker, showers, toilet, first aid pre changing rooms. Fully protected to insure maximum durability in an intensive working environment.

All completed on time and under budget within a tight 32 week programme.
