Design & Build Distribution Centre

£3.5m New Build Carbon Neutral DC on a Managed Estate in Dartford. The steel frame construction, clad externally with detail strip included 3 high bay dock levelers & 5 low level van docks. The building & HGV yard were piled to a depth of 25m, with the staff & van parks laid to brick paviers on a foamed concrete sub-base designed to float with the water table.

Internally, a standalone cold store & order processing layout fill the ground floor, with 1^st floor office space, built off a block & beam system, to include a central open plan briefing area surrounded by offices, training rooms, kitchenette along with toilet & shower facilities.
