Construction of New Town Houses, King’s Lynn

These works were a complete design and build development of a terrace of five townhouses in King’s Lynn. The works involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of piled foundations and concrete oversite. The external facing bricks and natural slate roofing materials were carefully selected to complement the surrounding architecture and in keeping with the general Conservation area. The architects and contractor together included additional touches such as corbelled eaves feature brickwork, scalloped lead flashing detailing and stone window sills. We finished the job with landscaped gardens, close boarded fences and access pathways offering privacy and security to the occupants.
