Refurbishment of Lounge & Rest Rooms, King’s Lynn

The existing lounge was divided by new partitioning and glazed screen partitions to form two separate areas. New windows were installed to the Courtyard elevation and new suspended ceilings were fitted throughout.

The external walls were over clad with a Shaftwall partitioning system which together with Fire proofing and Fire detection to all ceiling void areas, upgraded the area to comply fully with current Fire Regulations.

Electrics, plumbing and heating were upgraded with new Lighting and Radiators throughout and Wi-Fi facilities were included. New fitted kitchens and new appliances were installed to each area. A White Cloaks area was refurbished with the addition of new storage facilities for clothing and personal effects.

New flooring was installed throughout and the areas were re-decorated, new plush furniture, fittings and wall mounted televisions completely to offer a relaxed and pleasant recreational area.
