This completed project consisted of the conversion of the existing bedsits & flats into one & two bedroom flats and a full refurbishment was carried out throughout the two storey buildings including new wet rooms, kitchens, flat entrances, fire proofing, decorations and flooring.
A new link building was being constructed linking the two main buildings to provide a library area, assisted bathroom and lift.
New conservatories were also built to provide seating areas for the residents.
